1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and vb89 ("vb89", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the vb89 platform available at vb89.org and any related mobile or desktop interfaces. These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with vb89, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in promotions, use of sports betting and casino gaming services, and communication with our support team.

By accessing the vb89 platform, registering an account, or using any of the services we provide, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the vb89 platform.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts may be suspended and any bonus funds or winnings generated across those accounts may be forfeited pending investigation.

Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to keep that information current throughout your tenure as a vb89 account holder. Providing false or misleading information — particularly with respect to your name, age, or payment method ownership — is grounds for immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure.

Identity Verification (KYC): vb89 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme. We may request copies of valid identity documents (such as a National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership at any stage of the account lifecycle — including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during any internal review. Failure to supply satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction until verification is completed.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

vb89 processes all player financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Available methods and associated limits may change from time to time — always refer to the Cashier section of the platform for the most current information.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your vb89 account within seconds of successful payment authorisation.
• Deposits made via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to 30 minutes during normal banking hours depending on the processing bank's settlement time.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• vb89 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — vb89 has no control over third-party fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15–30 minutes for bKash and Nagad during normal operating hours (08:00–24:00 BST, UTC+6).
• Withdrawals to bank accounts (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to two banking business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the account holder's registered name. vb89 does not facilitate third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC documentation has not been verified or if the account is under review for any reason. vb89 will notify the player of any such delay via the registered email address.
• Before a withdrawal is processed, vb89 reserves the right to verify that all wagering requirements associated with any active bonus have been satisfied. Withdrawal of funds subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements may result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion of those funds.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

vb89 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific terms attached to each individual offer.

Welcome Bonus: New vb89 players are eligible to receive a 200% match bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000 in bonus funds. To qualify, the player's first deposit must meet the minimum qualifying deposit threshold specified on the promotion page at the time of registration. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by vb89 are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied:

• Bonus funds will be held in a separate bonus balance and are not directly withdrawable.
• Real-money balance will be used first for wagers where both a real-money balance and a bonus balance are present, unless the platform specifies otherwise for a particular game type.
• Wagering contributions may differ by game type — slots may contribute 100% toward wagering requirements, while live casino table games, sports betting, and certain other game categories may contribute a lower percentage or zero. General Bonus Restrictions:

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to the completion of applicable wagering requirements.

• Bonuses claimed or used in violation of these Terms — including through multi-accounting, use of third-party payment methods, or coordinated betting strategies — may be forfeited without notice.
• Players who have registered under a self-exclusion or cooling-off period are not eligible to receive or use any promotional offers during that period.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting, live casino, slot, crash game, fishing game, and other gaming activities on vb89 are subject to the general rules set out in this section as well as any game-specific rules published within the platform itself.

Sports Betting: vb89 offers pre-match and live (in-play) sports betting across a range of markets with particular depth in cricket, including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. The following rules apply to all sports betting:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed on screen at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. vb89 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except in cases where vb89 has offered a "cash out" feature for the relevant market.

• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or voided, applicable betting rules for that market (as published on the platform) will determine whether bets stand, are settled at revised terms, or are returned to player balances.

Casino Games: All casino game outcomes on vb89 are determined by independently audited random number generation (RNG) software provided by our studio partners — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. vb89 does not alter or influence the outcomes of any game beyond the house edge inherent in the game's published return-to-player (RTP) percentage.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting session — including server disconnection, software error, or data transmission failure — vb89 will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is possible, the game will be completed or the bet settled on the basis of those logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, stakes will be returned to the player's account. vb89 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the vb89 platform, you agree to abide by the following obligations and to refrain from the following categories of prohibited conduct. Violations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent platform ban.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information at all times, including during registration, KYC processes, and when communicating with support.
• Use vb89 exclusively for personal, recreational gambling purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or systematic exploitation of the platform.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with any other individual or entity.
• Notify vb89 promptly if you become aware of any suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity on your account.
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction with respect to online gambling activity.

Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

• Registering more than one account on vb89, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to interact with the platform in a manner that gives you an unfair advantage over other players or that circumvents platform controls.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical error, or system vulnerability for financial gain. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a verified bug or error are void and subject to forfeiture.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to manipulate game or market outcomes.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform, including structuring deposits and withdrawals in a manner designed to obscure the origin of funds.
• Using the vb89 platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period.
• Depositing funds using a payment method not registered in your own name, or facilitating deposits or withdrawals on behalf of a third party.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward vb89 staff, support agents, or other platform users.
• Attempting to circumvent any technical, geographical, or account-based restriction implemented by vb89, including through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy services.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

vb89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that one or more of the following circumstances applies:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account is linked to prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• The account has been compromised or there is a credible risk of unauthorised access.
• The account holder has requested self-exclusion and the platform is giving effect to that request.
• vb89 is required to suspend or close the account by operation of applicable law, regulation, or the instruction of a relevant authority.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may request the closure of your vb89 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, vb89 will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Effect of Closure on Bonuses: Where an account is closed — whether voluntarily by the player or by vb89 — any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited at the time of closure. Real-money balances are not affected by the forfeiture of bonus funds.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. vb89 may notify the account holder via their registered email address before applying a dormancy administration fee. Players are encouraged to log in periodically to keep their account active or to request formal closure if they no longer wish to use the platform.

8 Limitation of Liability

vb89 provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates correctly, securely, and without interruption, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vb89 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the vb89 platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, even if vb89 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or discontinuation of the platform or any part thereof due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, power outages, acts of government, or force majeure events.
• Any loss or damage resulting from the unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the platform that is subsequently found to contain a technical error, provided that vb89 takes corrective action within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes vb89's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

vb89's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of vb89 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and vb89 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature. By continuing to use vb89, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.
